Guide for students, residents, clinicians, and administrators.

Why AI Medical Assistant

AI Medical Assistant helps you:

  • learn with an AI tutor backed by a RAG knowledge base;
  • complete clinical cases and exams;
  • track progress across learning modules;
  • (clinical platform) store patient records, upload discharge notes, view DICOM, and receive AI risk predictions.

First login

  1. Open the platform URL:
  2. local: http://localhost:8001/login
  3. production: https://fileguardian.com.ru/login
  4. Select your clinic (subdomain) from the list (if multi-tenancy is enabled).
  5. Enter your email and password.
  6. Click Sign in.

Registration

If you do not have an account:

  1. On the login page, click Register.
  2. Fill in full name, email, and password.
  3. Select a role (see the table below).
  4. For doctor, nurse, head of department, or resident — select a department when required.
  5. Click Create account.

Registration roles

Resident Residents Learning + clinical modules; department optional
Doctor Attending physician Patients, documents, predictions, DICOM + learning
Nurse Nursing staff Department view, export
Head of department Department lead Full department management
Administrator Clinic IT/management Users, departments, audit, RAG knowledge base
Researcher Analytics without PII View anonymized data
Viewer Audit, oversight View full data, export

Researcher vs Viewer

A Researcher sees data without full name and contact details (anonymized). A Viewer sees full records but cannot edit them.

After login, the top bar provides learning sections (and clinical ones when applicable):

Note

In a learning-focused navbar, Patients may be omitted — depends on role and configuration.

User information

On the dashboard, below the heading, a line shows:

Ivan Ivanov · Student · —

This is your full name, role, and department (if assigned).

Dark theme

Click ☀️/🌙 in the top-right corner. Your choice is saved automatically.
